Damn fine looking rifle Duane!
You really pulled it off. A 22 LR that looks and handles like a big game stopper.

I wonder if the jack rabbits know what's heading their way?

Gun Control - A theory espoused by some monumentally stupid people; who claim to believe, against all logic and common sense, that a violent predator who ignores the laws prohibiting them from robbing, raping, kidnapping, torturing and killing their fellow human beings will obey a law telling them that they cannot own a gun.

Wow, just wow....

On the plains of hesitation lie the bleached bones of ten thousand, who on the dawn of victory lay down their weary heads resting, and there resting, died.

Or walk with Kings - nor lose the common touch...
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!

I need to sell my Dakota 22 and trade up to a custom MAS. Sometimes I wish Al Gore had never invented the Internet.

Forrest

I think we just wait for the conversion units with barrel liners to fit the 404 Jeff rifles.
Can't be more than hundred bucks jumping

Forrest,

If you really want to move up in class send Duane a Win. mod 52 or a Springfield mod 1922 for him to work his magic on.

NICE work on the MAS Duane.

Dave Wesbrook

P.S. I know where there is a 1922 with complete Heilmann metalwork ready to stock. P.M. me if interested.

Very impressive as usual. Duane: Care to elaborate on the basis for bottom metal design? Looks like a lot of hours there.

Sweet. I day-dreamed of that type of bottom set-up on a BRNO model 5. Roger's talent compliments yours very nicely as usual.

Exactly! I've got a 1909 Argentine action for a Mauser project that may get put on hold while I look for a suitable .22 project. Great work, Duane!
