Helmut Dinger Kaiser Slantern

I just purchased a nice custom build Mauser 7X64 complete with 4X Hendsolt in claw mounts. Looks to be a post war built in the light sporter configuration on a pre Nazi small ring 98 action. I'm thinking it a KAR 98 action. Looks to be a couple Imperial proof's but I don't know for sure. Bohler Spezial Steel barrel. I found the name and location machine engraved on the underside of the barrel shank.

I did a search, but could find nothing.. Anybody heard of him??

Actually I have no information about Helmut Dinger , but I try to learn more.

Never heard of him but I got a few helmet dingers playing soccer over the years!
