Went to the Dallas Safari Club and he was on my list of folks to meet. He was at the booth with his very lovely wife. The main reason I wanted to meet him was to look over that .404 he built and taken to Africa. It's everything and more! Man is that a nice rifle. Then, sitting right next to it is an identical .243 he'd built for his wife!
As I sat there drooling I knew I had to get out of there quick or I'd be explaining to my wife why we had to get a second mortgage.
Unfortunately I don't have any pics of both but maybe he can post them up. There isn't anywhere in Africa you couldn't take something with either of those two rifles.
Oh, Matt was a really nice guy too. ha!

You're too kind. Slight correction, my wife's rifle is a .275 Rigby. Thank you for the post. I did get some pics of the booth and will be happy to post them when I get home (still on our way home to VT). It was a great show. It surprised me how many folks stopped by and mentioned that they'd seen the rifle on AR. A real pleasure meeting you and other members.

Hi Michael,
No, not this year. DSC is the only major show that we do every year but we're strongly considering adding SCI to our travels with their move to Nashville next year. That's only a days drive for us instead of the three out to Vegas or Reno.
