A few years back I was fortunate enough to buy a Kurz action.A year ago I sent that action home with Rube Wells to create a fine sporter and chose the new 6.5x 47 Lapua as my caliber.It is in final approach and should be delivered sometime early January. Pictures to follow as I get them.

I recently picked up a Kurz action that Duane Wiebe is going to turn into a 6.5 Creedmoor......currently waiting on a 1 in 8 twist barrel.

I've been on the prowl for a Kurz action for a project like what you're talking about.
What barrel contour are you using?

There are 2 on GB, if you're willing to accept that they have been bubbad.
