To a true aficiando of Mauser custom rifles it doesn't make the grade simply because of the action its built on. Probably the reason why its selling for such a low price.

Grisel added to post.
UPDATED: Price is still too high for a push feed for my taste. Push feed and a lefty are my holdbacks. A lower price would force me to buy it.

That's your opinion.
Not a statement of fact.

I admire the craftsmanship but it's not to my taste.

I really like it, that 3000L action almost looks pure 98.
You could possibly change out the DST’s if desired and get rid of the thumb tab on the bolt stop.
It’s had some serious hours and $$$ put into it. Who cares if it’s not CRF, it’s a bloody nice rifle for the money.

I respect your opinion James. You're right...my hasty opinion was a blanket statement & should have been preceded by [For my taste]. My apologies to all. I am huge fan of Pete's work & own one of his small ring double square bridge Mausers. This one is loaded and tastefully done. Previous post updated.
metal: I like the tab on the bolt stop.

See UPDATE above.

For a while I collected "different" bolt action rifles. I would have bought a shooter quality version of that.

Had these at one time (all weatherby-ish)
Texas Magnum Koon
Omega
Voere

Also had a Nikko, BSA , Mauser 660 and Blaser

All gone now but the Mauser 660.

Some lucky person is on it. Listing shows Sale Pending. Hope it was an AR member. Wow! That was tempting.

Thanks Ray! Looking forward to getting it in and messing with it. Hopefully it’s a good shooter.
