The 375 is the identical twin of a 404 Duane built as a matched pair.

The 416 is the first of another matched pair. I've just started the second.

I saw the engraving you did on the first two of David’s rifles that Duane shipped. Exquisitely tasteful. What a collection of rifles that is going to be.

Thanks Mike. Duane builds a beautiful rifle doesn't he?

Absolutely gorgeous. You and Duane make quite a team. When Duane puts down the files one of the best gunmakers in our lifetime will be leaving the trade. Sounds like David’s rifles might be the end of line too . . .

Simply superb!

On the plains of hesitation lie the bleached bones of ten thousand, who on the dawn of victory lay down their weary heads resting, and there resting, died.

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings - nor lose the common touch...
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!
- Rudyard Kipling

Life grows grim without senseless indulgence.
