When my youngest son moved out a few years ago he wanted to take with him mu calico (Miss Kitty).After moving in with his girlfriend + her cat,the cat affection stopped.He asked mr 1st if I would take her back but I already have a houseful....excuces!This was a hard call but he took her to the no kill shelter for adoption;I held no hope as she was 16 years old but today my son told me as he went to visit her that she had been adopted the day after Christmas.I feel much better knowing that she went to a good home to live out her twilight years.That is what I choose to believe.
