15 years ago my sister & I were sitting on her back porch talking about a cat we had growing up called "Ringo". The very next day a kitten that was the spitting image of Ringo showed up.
Which was unbelievable to us. of course she adopted him and called him Tiger

This morning she called me to tell me Tiger ha to be helped to go to "cat Heaven".

I immediately thought of this thread and tol her I would send the poem.

BTW , 1 of my cats is sitting on my lap purring as I am typing this. don't mind admitting I have tears. As I use to look after Tiger when they went out of town.

My cat had been missing for a week when I decided to check out PetSmart. I was hoping for a kitten colored like my cat but found a grown cat that looked a lot like mine. Had to leave the store. But I did get her a couple of days later and she is a good cat. Only problem is she likes my wife better than me. But that's okay. She came along at the right time.

We may have her sisters Elle and Abby. they were 6 mo old when I took this. Elle weighs 9 and Abby weighs 11.5. they are 14 months old now. No idea how much more they will grow.

I always like that color of cat.

I have buried so many over the years;the cost of doing business as it were.When folks know I'm a cat person they want to bring the old one to me;never again! Do your own.don't get someone else to do the final emotional drama.One man has only so much stiff upper lip syndrome; + with cats I find that I am tapped out.

Just had to send one off this afternoon.
She had kidney failure @ 5 yo.
She would sit on my desk while I was on computer
I will miss her.
