Comes in capsule form found in the vitamin section of Walmart, Rite Aid, etc. It drives cats nuts. You don't feed it to them just let them sniff the bottle. I gave mine the empty bottle...kept us both entertained for some time. They rub their heads against it and carry on similar to catnip. My cat even gets a little vicious, he bites my hand, but not real hard. Penny aim small, hit small

I'll get some ... sounds like a laugh. Catnip is getting seriously expensive here and as cats are too smart to go out and work, I end up paying for their high. "When doing battle, seek a quick victory."

Please ask a vet about valerian and cats. Just use the empty bottle until then. I'm thinking valerian is strong on humans and maybe too much for a cat. Packy

Don't feed it to the cat, just let them smell it. Doubt they'd eat if anyway. Valerian root is a ingredient in some animal lures. Penny aim small, hit small
