this email address can not be traced back to me.

all this about internet policing. talking about a violation and commiting a violation was not illegal, the last timne i checked.

the cops should focus more on the muggings and such in my area than on supposition in a chat room.

The bans on collapsible stocks are:

1) 1989 Bush ban on imported assult weapons [Cost Repubicans the white house]

2) 1994 Crime Bill [Klinton] on domestic and imported assault weapons.[Cost the Democrats the congress and cost the nation a building in Oklahoma]

The 1994 is about to expire in Sept 2004, but the Bush Ban that affects collapsible stocks on imported weapons will live forever.

The NYS AWB is the duplicate of the federal one, only it doesn't expire. Not much more to know.
