Got a question/comment:
Guy in black is student working on victim, who has not shirt on, correct?
Guy laying on left side, is he a "good guy" covering the student or a "dead" bad guy? If he's a good guy, wouldn't/shouldn't the student secure the victims weapon before beginning treatment? Looks like the muzzle is pointing right at the other guy.

You are totally correct ,this photo was discussed during the universitary course ,was not taken on porpuse was a mistake by the contractor on blue equipment,if the victim can continue firing must do it but if not the mossber590 must be secured or at least not pointing,on respect to the contractor in the floor hes using one of the positions to fire from behind vehicles, hes using a fal 308,remember that the first thing in TAC MED is cover fire secure the area .Juan

Guess I better bring my knee pads. Andres on the left looks like he is ready to head for
Venezuela to take Chavez out..... sofaIs that Mauro in the middle in the back? I still need to get back at him for getting me center chest with the MP-5. Wink

By the way, here's a little tactical medicine of mine.....
