I have a 98 8mm Mauser stamped 1937 Mauser-Wwerke A.G.Obenrndorf All original with matching numbers, also has barrel cap. Also have bayonet, but numbers do not match
There are a whole lot of factors that your brief description doesn't cover. We're talking a range of maybe $300 to $900. But the devil (in this case sellable price) is in the details. Is it import marked or Vet Bring-back? Is it indeed original, or has somebody refinished it to make it look nice? Stampings/markings make a big difference too. And bore condition.

This Mauser was bought in 1967 from a company in P.A. called flags when you could still buy guns by mail. This is all original not modified in any way.
bluemule email me some photos of the whole rifle and especially the receiver top & left side of the overall receiver & I will post them. blkdouglas@charter.net

Set u p a photobucket account; put your pics there, and then all you have to do is copy the pic url (one click) and put them in your message. If you can type messages here, you can do it.
