Yes, though I would have preferred ANZAC soldiers rather than the Turkish defenders as shown. I attended the Dawn service in my small towm - pop 45 000 - and there were several hundred attendees, with about half under 16.

True, but remember that both countries regard Gallipoli as the birthplace of their nation. ANZACs discovered that the Poms couldn't organise to get laid in a brothel with a handfull of fifties, and that Churchill truly was a legend in his own mind.

The Turks? They got Kemal Attaturk...

I think the Turks got the better part of the deal...
