I just inherited several milatary rifles. I don't think there anything special, but I don't even know the caliber, etc of one.
It's bolt closes 90 degree to the barrel. The bottom of the clip area has a small opening, but the action is fairly large. It is very basic in finish. Sling mount is on the side of the stock. The only mark I can find is a crown in an oval.
I have pictures but don't know how to post, HELP

Do you know how to load photos in a photobucket account?
Here is what you do.

1.Open a photo bucket account
2. Up load your photos to photobucket.
3. The photo will acquire a URL when loaded into photobucket
4. Copy that address
5. Open the little photo icon at the top - 3rd from the right
6. paste the url in the window
7. close it and post the message

here's a photo from my photobucket account-

and here's what the address looks like:

http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s56/oidad/IMG_9257.jpg

your address won't be the same, but similar. If you hover over the thumbnail in your album, a box will appear and you want to click and copy the "IMG code" option. Paste that into your message here and that will put the photo in your message.

See the extended URL in tin can's photo.
Check your photos for the same type url.
There are 4 URLs you need the 2nd from the top.
