I have two Mod. 45 Uzi's. A carbine and a pistol. Neither have the "selective fire" switch on the safety. Both have dual, 9mm/45 ACP barrels, bolts, mags. I'm wondering if a "slam fire" full-auto bolt for the Mod. 45 will function in these guns. Yeah, I realize I need a Class III tax stamp. But I've seen/fired full-auto Uzi's and seem to be about a slam-fire bolt away from owning one. ??? | ||

An NFA registered bolt and a full auto top cover would set you up. All of the legal full auto conversion bolts have already been made prior to the 1986 gun law ... so they are expensive!!! Run the question by the folks at http://www.subguns.com They can give you all of the details on how it is done.
