What do the reviews say about them? I read an article about them tonight in the Rifleman, but didn't learn much. What are the experts saying? Can I own one in Kalifornia?

Not much heavier than the M16 with all its Picatiny rails..
Anyway, except for my Delta HBar, I choose a SIG anyday for reliability and accuracy.
