I have one of the M17 commercial pistols; yes they are very good pistols. I don't know if these used ones are worth what they are asking or not. They are big pistols, low recoil, and reliable. Striker fired. Sig Sauer basically bid around $200 so they could get the contract, but not make any money. | |||

My personal favorites are the Browning Hi Power, the Combat Commander 1911 Colt in 9mm, and the Glock 17. Never cared for Sig or Beretta. | |||
