I've got a milsurp item I'd like to know what it is.

It has a metal side that looks designed to attach to a gun and a zippered camo pouch (to catch brass?). Overall is about 6" in size.

Should be recent issue item. Is upper items in pics. What are the other items?

I'm guessing that it is for a rifle and the "catcher" is for some use where the thing may be used in a vehicle where spent fired cases may caue problems such as working their way into the turret floor and under that and jamming it.

The lower right item is a Picatinny rail designed to be mounted on a weapon.

The two green items are barrel handguards?
