She won't be able to sell it without the tax stamp, which she probably does not have. It will be destroyed. Big auction houses get this sort of stuff all the time and they report them to the ATF and usually cut them up; NOT return them to the owner. Local police often don't know the rules on full auto weapons. If it was registered, she will make a ton of money on it. (Note, after 1986, no more full autos can be registered).

Exactly the reason for setting up a gun trust in advance. Several good lawyers can do this for a modest price. I don't, but I can suggest names. Don't assume that a form off the Internet will be as effective.
