Military sniper scopes are not 40X! The scopes are 10X, and I believe that is an Unertl, not a leupy.

Have to agree with Jordan look at the muzzle brake also and the ammo at his elbow.The actual gun is a barrett 82A1 I think???

We're looking at 2 different photos of 2 different guns here. A rem. based sniper rifle and a barett .50

In the original picture, I hope the guy whose shoulder the gun is resting on is wearing GOOD ear protection!

Notice the guys shooting the M82's are only wearing earplugs. Ouch! Yes, those are M82's, the one in the forground is the current military version.

My eyes have been bloodshot for a long time but isn't that magazine a wee bit big for a .308, and why flute a .308 barrel and why is the muzzle brake so big for a .308?
