J&G Sales (J&G Sales Ltd) is advertising Berdan primed, corrosive, 174gr FMJ for $69.95 per 500. Surpisingly, SOG, AIM, Wholesale Guns & Amo, and Reese Surplus don't have 303 advertised. Coles Distributing is usually a good source but I can't get their web page to load. Is there a shortage of 303 here in the states?

I took a chance on the '60's South African sold by the crate by Sportsmans Guide. It's corrosive on strippers in bandoliers. No hang fires yet and cleans up with hot soapy water pretty easily. My brother and I each bought a crate and we're satisfied enough. I hear the best ammo is the '80's South African sold by Aim. Good shooting.

The 80's South African is great ammo, but Aim is out.

You can buy UMC ammo for pretty cheap, and have a prety good source of brass. Remington brass is't the best, of course. Anyways, the UMC stuff id fairly cheap, non corrsive, and shoots okay in my SMLE's. Handloads work better, though.
