| It is Portuguese 7.62mm made in 1980. It is berdan primed, non corrosive, 45grs of ball powder, 146gr fmj mild steel jacket copper plated lead core. Nice ammo, very accurate, burns clean, primers are a little harder than commercial, and some people report a few missfires if you have excessive headspace, and or weak firing pin fall. |

| I also have a Model 100 in .308 and the Portuguese 7.62mm shoots great in it. |

| FYI: FNM means Fabrica Militar Nacionao, or National Military Arsenal in Portugese. I believe 80-11 means the lot was made in November of 1980.
GSF pretty much nailed the stats. |

| Agreed. FNM is good surplus. My CETME loves the stuff. 4" groups at 200 yards with the iron sights. |

| The supply of 7.62mm surplus is getting thin, most vendors are sold out. Went to a gun show this weekend, and their was a total of 2 battlepacks at the show, $46 a pack! |
