Several years ago paid Patent Lawyer(paid dearly I might add!)to do some research on subject firearms and rec'd copies of the original patent documents describing the rifle itself, very detailed as you can imagine w/ drawings, plus detailed descriptions of rear and front sights with drawings. Twenty three,23, pages in all assembled in spiral bound booklet and for those interested in the very beginnings of the "greatest battle weapon..." it is very interesting. Would be a unique piece of memorabilia for the Garand collector. With printing costs and postage the price would be $11.95 in the Cont. U.S. Have not put this in Classified and can do, but curious if there are those out there interested in such a document to go with their Garands. If interested in purchasing drop me a PM and will get one off to you asap. Thanks, martin | ||
