Anyone know how long it takes 25 English flints to go Parsel Post from Ontario, Canada to sunny Wichita, Kansas USA? I sent the Money Order on August 6th and I would have thought they could have arrived here in two weeks no sweat. Today is the 30th and if I count right, that's twenty-four days and nothing yet. Derf, glad to help. Mid-South Shooting Supplies has the Lyman Great Plains rifle for about $327.00 in flintlock if I remember correctly and I am not in any way an accomplished blackpowder shooter, but I do like mine. I have both the 1 in 32 twist barrel for sabot/conical bullets and 1 in 66 twist barrel for the patched ball shooting. If I can just work on my "follow through" maybe I'll get my buck this year.
