Why Newfoundland? I think you'll have to become a Canadian citizen to hunt there and you'll still have to draw a tag. A friend of mine just bought a house there for $25,000. He's thinking of selling it all ready because his stripper wife can't see herself raising a family there. Anyhow, enjoy the rock.

She's beutiful there. It's quite the culture also. It's closest to the Irish with the acents and the drinking and fighting. I have many relitives there and used to live in Cape Breton Island as a child. It's just a short 8 hr ferry ride from there when the ice bergs are not in the way.

McUzi. NFLD is a wonderful country. There are 1 million Moose and 400,000 People. Some time ago I lived in Fresh Water near Placentia for two years . Four of us hunted Moose in Gambo and loaded the four Moose on the Nufie Bullet, the now disbanded smal spur Railroad. It was a hoot as we call it. Blood all over baggage car and having a drink of screetch with the conductor. The crew helped us load and unload the Moose, no mind the time or the train schedule. In NFLD it don't take much time to wait an hour. You will love it there if you have a good income. Fred M. [ 11-03-2003, 21:11: Message edited by: ZERMEL ]
