Well, the results are out.

I got drawn for mule deer in 160, and for moose in the early season in 356. Unfortunately, my intended moose hunting partner did not get drawn! That'll put some stress on the whole operation... I'm NOT looking forward to dressing out and dragging out a moose by myself.
Better start practicing my moose calling too.

Hey Frans, your hunting partner can still go with you, just get the tag issued with the Partner licence. That way your partner can go with you , and shoot the moose. Just be careful that you stay in communicaton with him in case you see another Mr. Bullwinkle, and he already got one down!

For me I got my moose draw for early season along with 3 others in our moose camp group. I guess that means I have to get my mulie buck with the general tag in archery season this year. My wife got her mulie buck and moose in late season. I wish she did not get drawn this year as she got drawn last year. Didnt expect it, since we knew her mom & dad would & got drawn for cow elk.

Now that right there is real funny...
If you know more like this, then someone should take you to hunting camp as just a good duddy/partner and sort of... well you know.... Cool

Derf, you can hunt with me!! I got drawn for a nice big juicy.....nil too!! No moose in old chefs freezer this year. Oh well, I guess it'll be prime Alberta white tail and maybe a muley. Gotta love bowhunting, there's still the smell of hope in the air!!
