Never been to the BC hunting show is it worth the drive down from the okanagan valley ??? or is it one of the crafts -garage sale type shows ??????

Sure, it is a great show, It get's beter every year. There is a large variety of goods,including fishing, camping etc, and some great deals to be had.

I stopped going because it bacame more and more fishing and all kinds of yuppy crap. Now it's going the other way and becoming a hunting show?

The hunting area was still pretty small, but it wa spretty good last year. Worth a visit if you are in town. Not if its' a drive.

How did you find the show?

It was a good show for me. My only concern is the hunting section is getting to crowded. It felt as if there were far more people than last year.

I went on Friday evening with my hunting buddy. I won a door prize of a set of Bushnell binocs and we had a pretty good time. Got to meet Wayne Carlton and he autographed my buddy's wifes "Wayne and Watson" cd. derf

it was packed, especially yhr hunting section. They need to spread it out a bit more, I wanted tolook at spotters and binos, but just gave up...


I d id get an awesome deal on a RCBS progressive press, though Big Grin
