The only one I personally know is Wizard lake outfitting. It's a Bowhunting operation. I don't know if that's your thing but they are great people and get some real whoppers. Google them on the web.

Ameri-Cana Expeditions can get you into both on the same hunt. I hunted with them back in 2005, and took a 204 gross score mule deer, and a 138 gross score whitetail in the same day. They have a great lodge, great hunting areas, and excellent guides, but be prepared to open your wallet!

Todd Bunnage, Rugged Outfitting You'll stay at the Tay River Lodge they are out of Caroline just down the Hwy from Rocky Mountain House. I drove all the way from AK. He has some of the best Whitetails and areas, and you'll see them. He also has Mule deer, however I didn't see any really huge ones come thru while I was there. I did this hunt in 2014. He has some of the best rates others can't beat.
