Would anybody have a blank copy that could be emailed please ? I need to complete one later this year and could not find anything online. It seems Air Canada does not have anything on their website. Just want to avoid the delay and inconvenience of filling in info at check in time. I guess it needs signing and witnessing by some on-site officer which is no problem. Thanks to anyone who can help. It takes 2 minutes at check in.....you are just signing that it's unloaded. You don't need any info about the actual firearm. There's three copies of it so you'll have to do it there. | |||

The form takes two minutes to fill out...checking firearms in with Air Canada can be a more lengthy process...haha. | |||
