If a person kills a moose in the Yukon, is it legal to hunt grizzly over the gut pile?

If I had taken the grizzly on the gut pile of the moose I took it would be ok..

yes it is legal but be sure they do not set up a baiting station and move gut pile in better location ...

Bait
means anything placed for luring or attracting wildlife by its sense
of smell or taste, but does not include parts of legally taken wildlife not
reasonably suitable for human consumption that are located at the
place in the field where the harvested animal died.

please do yourself a favor and ask your booking hunting agent where the outfitters are with their quotas on grizzly before you start you travel otherwise you may found out that you are going for no grizzly ...

doesnt mean you will get one but at least you can ....
