This hunt involved checking for feeding bears along grassy areas, logging roads, rail road tracks, clear cuts from logging, pastures. When a suitable male bear was identified we stalked to a reasonable range. Most of the bears were seen in the last few hours of the day

My son took his bear at about 75 yards, extremely nice 7 foot bear (nose to tail). One shot & the bear never moved

My bear was also 7 foot at approx 125 yards

Very interesting & exciting hunt, we saw lots of bears & would recommend this hunt. Best part was sharing some time with my son

Ps what do you plan to do with the trophies ?

Were are still not 100% sure, mine will probably be a rug & my son is looking at a full mount
