| Just spoke with Canada North. They have never allowed horns, capes etc as 'personal baggage'. You have to check the item(s) in as crate items just like any other baggage that goes in the belly of the plane. |

| My understanding as an outfitter here is that they'll accept them as "excess baggage", but not as carry-on. The only trophies this really affected were the sheep horns that some used to carry on, rather than lose sight of them. When the ruling came nto effect, some even tried to purchase another seat for them and were refused.
