I am a fellow Canadian living in the States full time. How can I go about getting my PAL so that I don;t have to file the Non-Resident Firearm Declaration form anymore.

Basically all you need is to take the Firearms Safety Course http://www.cfc-cafc.gc.ca/safety-surete/safety_course_e.aspor challenge the exam, and file the application (http://www.cfc-cafc.gc.ca/online-en_ligne/form-assistan...ndiv_forms/921_e.asp).

Oh, and you will need to register your firearms.
