Any airlines to avoid traveling with a firearm within Canada. (Saskatoon to Vancouver) also do you need any permits to export a firearm. (going to New Zealand for 10 days) think we've got the NZ end sorted out. Cheese CM

http://www.international.gc.ca...emande.aspx?lang=eng YOu need separate permits for your gun, your scope and your ammo. I don't know what the airlines are doing now. I used Air Canada in 2013 but I know there have been some changes.

Air Canada has an extra handling fee for firearms but often it's more convenient to stay within the Star Alliance family for the entire trip.

Don't forget you need NZ dollars to pay for your permit in Auckland as well.
