My plans for an Alaska moose hunt fell through I need a suggestion for a moose hunt in Newfoundland
outfitter.
Should I only be looking at those whom offer fly in hunts to get to areas of larger moose densities?

If you are interested in a trophy moose hunt, contact Shane Mollon with The Next Ridge Outfitters (Corner Brook, Newfoundland). I have hunted with Next Ridge twice (2013 & 2014) and encountered >50" moose during both hunts. Good luck! Glenn

If you are still looking... Dean McDonald in Lark Harbor (Moose Valley Outfitters) is a great outfitter. He has a huge concession , one camp is fly-in, the other is on the Burgeo "highway" and can be driven to. We've shot caribou and several moose with him.
