An acquaintance is heading for this place in about 2 weeks.

Certainly I'll get a report from him, but wondering if anyone else knows them.

I have not used them myself but they are well known. My deer hunting partner has gone winter caribou hunting for a few years and he has spoken of them on a few occassions, his comments have been favorable. There are only a few outfitters providing a winter hunt so if they screw up word gets around fast. They are reputable.

They say they offer hunts until Feb., would caribou still have antlers until then? I wouldn't be going that late, anyway, but I'm curious.

Most caribou have shed their antlers by now.

I hunted with these guys last year (07). Missed the migration but had a great time, two nice bulls, a big bear for a bonus. Very professional, smooth-running outfit, hard-working staff. Highly recommended.
