Just be very careful what outfit you book with. ______________________________________________ The power of accurate observation is frequently called cynicism by those who are bereft of that gift.

This is all sad to me to see the caribou go; last time I was in Que, hunting out of Schefferville, you had to be careful or the caribou would run you over. Now I understand that the heard is a fraction of what it was 10 years ago.

make your homeworks and dont trust a salesman on any huntshows. while i was guiding i ve seen people that has been told and said and promised but when the salesman is away just a signed contract is the proof. and beginning of problems. staff on site cant do anything if caribou are not there ... a migration animal cant tied around small trees toundra ... the actual cost on caribou in Quebec is floatplane time and i ve seen and i charged ( as a chief guide camp manager or whatever the name you want) bills over 5000 usd added to the hunt ... what is right one day in the field maybe a dead day with no caribou the next ... those animals can cover a huge distance and not stopping at all.
