I doubt if you would find a better outfit or area than Blackstone. I hunted with them in 2002 and will go back in 2007. Got a great sheep and moose.

I have to jump in on this one. The trophy fees may go to the 'guide/outfitter' but not much trickles down to the 'assistant guide' who is actually in the hills. Some outfiters are paying sheep guides on a higher daily pay rate, without bonuses, to try to ensure the harvest of older, quality trophies instead of just taking the first legal ram. This can be frustrating for the clients at times, but is better for the sheep populations, in the long run. This may make for a longer term hunt, but thats why they are two weeks long. Everyone works harder, and hopefully the end results are worthwhile.

I expect to have a wild turkey I just finished up soon. My site shows a deer under a tree in a bed of leaves for a 22' X 8' fireplace in TN. It is hand cut and dry stacked. A moose would be a great new project.
