Can a foreign hunter get a rifle permit for a rifle that is brought in and out of the country each year that is valid for multiple years? | ||

Yep, it's the same permit us Canadians have. Non-Residents can get a PAL, valid 5 years, add all the long guns you want to bring in/out of country. | |||
