Hey all,
I'm scheduled for an Alberta moose/deer hunt for this Nov 2012. This will southwest of Calgary (with a registered Canadian outfitter of course).

What I'm looking for is any info/input/ideas on possible taxidermy work and meat processors in this general area, Calgary and down south to Lethbridge Alberta. I have some info from the outfitter already, but want to see if there are any other (or possibly better) options on this.

I've had good results with Ryan's Meats in Calgary and a place in Longview whose name escapes me at the moment.
