Looks like I am headed to Ontario for a bear hunt in late September. So far have not been able to find the cost for non-resident hunting and fishing license.

As I read it, bear will cost $9.68(outdoor card)+$235.96(bear license)+$35(export permit).

Since you will already have your outdoor card, an 8 day fishing license will cost $29.97.

All amounts in Canadian dollars.

When considering US based operations of guides/outfitters, check and see if they are NRA members. If not, why support someone who doesn't support us? Consider spending your money elsewhere.

NEVER, EVER book a hunt with BLAIR WORLDWIDE HUNTING or JEFF BLAIR.

I have come to understand that in hunting, the goal is not the goal but the process.

Fwiw, the Ontario Outdoor Card is good for two years. You can get it in advance online, but if getting the bear tag is like getting a deer tag, you have to get that in person and have the Outdoor Card with you. I have always been impressed at how quick and simple Ontario makes getting the tags. Lots of places to get them too.
