Revolver scope mts.

I've decided that I'm going to scope my K-38. Anybody have any suggestions as to brand of mount? I don't want to drill any holes. Is B-Square my only choice?
velocity is like a new car, always losing value.
BC is like diamonds, holding value forever.
The aimtechs don't require drilling but they are kinda ugly
I would NOT get the kind that clamps over the revolver where the barrel screws in. It scratches the surface no matter what you do. I would get a good scope mount designed for the Smith and drill the holes!
Just my 2 cents, Peter.

cgbachIf you can find one Buehler used to make a no-screw mount for the K and N frame guns. I have one on a M48 .22 mag and it works well. Not sure how well it would work on something like a .44 Mag., but think it would be more than enough for a K.38.

swampshooterI can't find anything on Buehler except a few odds and ends, I think that they are out of business.

cgbachBuehler is gone but their mounts show up from time to time in the usual places. I found mine (new) long after they were gone. There are a few dealers that specialize in old/obsolete sights and mounts, might be worth a try. The are very high quality.
