Cool, good find. Is he shooting a 45 or a 9mm? The gun does not seem to recoil much.

Looks like a 45 to me. That particular shooter knows how to control his pistol much better than I.

.45 factory loads, not 'game loads'

As he demonstrates, recoil control starts with the grip.
