Help!!!! I just got a almost perfect model 39.. Went out to shoot it and extractor broke.. It is the older model. IF anyone has one I would like to buy! Or if you know of a place that does please help!

Have you tried S&W? When you get it fixed, feed the 1st round out of the magazine, it's a little easier on the extractor.

I talked to S&W today and asked if they had an extractor for your 39 and he said only if it's a 39-2 and he said the gun has to be sent in, and be fitted. I tried to buy a couple for my 5906 just to have them in inventory.
They want 80-90$ to do the job, $40 shipping, ouch! S&W has a listing of warranty stations on their w/s, with phone numbers.
