I know of a good deal on a barrel. I wonder if the hype is all it is cracked up to be. An internet search had some claims of 158s hitting 1700+.
If the resizing is worth it, I'll get the barrel.

A barrel for what how long. Your talking a 357 45acp

Would that have the powder cap to get you to 1700?

With a full load of H110 in a 357 case I barely break 1800 out of a 18 inch barrel.

357 45? That's the part that puzzles me. It was the brainchild of L.A.R. Grizzly. The photos I've seen, would almost suggest a 45 Win Mag as the parent case. The OAL is just shy of the 357 Mag.

If all the above is accurate, it indeed is a flat shooting pistol.
