Guys,

I recently purchased a S&W Model 19-3 that came with an extra set of grips in addition to the factory ones. The replacements are larger, uncheckered, and appear to be made out of walnut with a light oil finish on them. There are no identifying marks of any kind except a star with a circle around it stamped on the inside of each grip half. The stamp looks to be in ink and is pretty faint. Does anyone know the make of these? Here's a picture:

Thanks, Rich. I tried Googling "star handgun grips" or something like that, but all it brought up were fancy grips. These are pretty plain and don't fit like high end grips might. Either way, I'm probably going to shelve them in lieu of the factory ones.
