All my pistols hit low on paper, left to right is decent. I have read this is a wrist break issue, but can not seem to fix myself.

Would appreciate any feedback from knowledgable pistol shooters.

Flinching ? The typical flinch with a handgun is to tense muscles that pull down the muzzle .
Practice dry firing to be able to shoot without that problem.

Anticipating recoil.

The best way to find out is using some dummy rounds loaded by some one else. Mix in with the live rounds.

Once you convince yourself your the problem you can work on fixing it.

Front sight, front sight.

You can also have some one video you and play it back in slow motion.

The biggest problem I found in curing a flinch is convincing the shooter they have one.

I had more then one student yell at me I don't have flinch Until you put a dummy one in and they jerk the muzzle down.

I had one gal even after doing that several times, tell me she still didn't have one, that I was just tricking her.

Dry firing a lot, a lot of ball dummy drills and convincing your self you have a problem.

Your eyes may be the culprit. When the front site gets fuzzy I shoot high.

What makes you think its a flinch?
Op says all his short guns are hitting low. Windage is OK.

Sure sign of a flinch

Flinching or placing the area below the first joint of the trigger finger along the side of the gun. This is a very common problem. In this situation, when pressure is exerted on the trigger, the finger flexes and pushes the gun to the right. You can see this if you crook your finger and pull as if you are pulling the trigger. It will flex.

Have you tried benching the gun OP? To rule out a flinch?

My pistols usually only shoot low when I'm really pushing the speed with less than a crush grip.

i'veseen it when the shooter closes his eyes just as he gun goes off. actually not that uncommon

Considering we haven't heard back from the OP I wonder if he found anything out.

Guys, thanks for your input. Finally had some time to get back to the range and practice. I really worked on my wrist break problems, better support from the off-hand.

Groups have definitely moved up nicely.

Will continue the dry-fire practice as well.
