I would be very grateful of any help that can be given. I have a Rossi model 89 3 inch stainless revolver and need to source a holster for it. I have read that these may have been made on the S&W J frame so would it be reasonable to use a holster for a S&W J frame or would the fit likely be poor. Unfortunately I cannot go to a store and try them in person so any purchase will need to be mail order. I am a little wary of the "universal" holsters but may have to resort to one if there is no other option. Many thanks in advance

Personally I have had good luck with the nylon ones.

They are easily modified to fit your needs.
