Earlier today I was firing my S&W 500. It was one of the first ones, low serial #. All total probably 100 rounds down it. Shot 5 rds. today This evening I went to check the time on my wrist watch I noticed there was a large piece of copper embedded in the metal by the crown. So my $800 revolver ruined my $3500 antique Tag Just giving a heads up. It could happen with any revolver. Guess I'll have to send it back to S&W. The watch ........... just a reminder about shooting gloves ,glasses and don't wear jewelry Cats have nine lives. Which makes them ideal for experimentation...

It could have been your wrist. Were you shooting at metal targets? Speer, Sierra, Lyman, Hornady, Hodgdon have reliable reloading data. You won't find it on so and so's web page.
