A low axis barrel in a 9mm is what I am thinking about like the SIG P210, and the Alien. The barrel rides so low as to rid yourself of most of the muzzle lift and easier control of the small bit of recoil. Can't afford the Alien or an older SIG P210 but was thinking there was a polymer framed 9 designed that way. Forgotten Weapons had a You Tube on yesterday that showed the Alien being shot. Looks good. Who makes one that is more affordable than the Alien at $5,000? Thanks and Be well, Packy.

Please, no more Blocks. The perfect gun that lots of ADs have happened to. You have to pull the trigger to disassemble it. That's perfection??? Be Well, Packy.

I kick myself for never buying one and seeing the prices on them now. The American made P210 seems to have good reviews. My CZ-75 (late 1989s era), although not as low a bore axis, shoots better than my Sigs, Wilson Combat 92, Glocks, etc. I meant to be DSC Member...bad typing skills. Marcus Cady DRSS

I mean, as others have said and I think you're caving in to, you gotta get a P210. That's immediately what comes to mind when someone sets on a quest like yours. If you want something a little more attainable, my CZ-75 Omega is outstanding in that regard. Bore axis is super low, and the ergos are superb. Another less-traditional choice would be the Walther PPQ. I don't own one but had the opportunity to shoot someone else's and it's probably the best feeling gun in the hand I've ever used. _____________________________________________________ No safe queens!
